STACK

Modular storage for fresh produce.

Stack is a modular countertop organizer designed around the specific storage needs of everyday fruits and vegetables. Instead of storing everything together, it separates produce based on shelf life and sensitivity, slowing spoilage and reducing food waste. Each module responds to different storage conditions such as airflow, ethylene sensitivity, and humidity control. Ethylene-producing fruits are kept separate. The modules are stackable and separable, allowing users to configure the system according to their habits. The system combines wood, ceramic, and plastic, each selected for its functional role.
