ROOT

A group of pots

Root explores passive cooling in the deconstructed kitchen. Contrasting earthenware’s raw qualities with Gaggenau’s refined materials. This collection of handmade pots uses evaporation to create a climate that keeps vegetables fresh longer. Cast in Nittsjö, Sweden, Root aims to rethink traditional cooling in a more simple and natural way.
